Continuous Profiling roadmap

I have been receiving emails from Sentry encouraging the use of Continuous Profiling. The official documentation says this is only available for Node.js and Python SDKs.
Is there a roadmap for getting this feature into the PHP SDK?

We have a working PoC since a few months, but work on our agent took a bit longer. So for now you can still use the old transaction model, which has the same features as Continuous Profiling, though with a 30 second max duration. I haven't yet decided if we ship Continuous Profiling before or after the next major version, so I can't give you an estimate just yet.
