Build a 12-week editorial system to ship 1-2 high-quality posts/week with matching repos.

Deliverables

• 12-week calendar with themes and publication dates
• Content template for tutorial/case-study posts
• CTA matrix (GitHub stars, docs visits, install commands)
• Repurposing plan: blog -> thread -> short clips/snippets

Acceptance criteria

• 12+ planned posts with owners + due dates
• Calendar stored in repo (marketing/editorial-calendar.md)
