local testing of new dockerhub image

Overview

We need to test the new docker image which has been uploaded to the hackforlaops account at dockerhub.

Details

• The new docker image was built in connection with Update Dockerfile with ruby:3.3.4-alpine3.20 ghpages-docker#3
• The image is hackforlaops/ghpages:testing
• In order to test the image we need to modify docker-compose.yml so that it pulls the new image

Action Items

• Update docker-compose.ymlto reference the image hackforlaops/ghpages:testing
• Test locally using docker-compose up
• Create a DRAFT PR so that other devs can test
