I just tested this on a movie in my library and the resulting srt files were badly out of sync. The original srt file was perfectly synced and this un-synced the subs. Not sure what I can really do differently since there are basically no options to set. Just wanted to let you know, there's something wrong here. Thanks for sharing the project though

edit: I should add, the subtitles were English against Korean audio.

Which engine experienced this? Sometimes engines don't work how users expect. For example maybe a movie has perfect subtitles at the beginning that drift over time so that by the end they're way off. Sometimes the engine will average it out so that it's closer to being correct at the end but the skew makes it less correct at the beginning.

This is why default behavior is to preserve originals as well so you can switch between when needed.

Thanks for the fast reply! The movie was #Alone and I specifically chose it because I had already watched it using the original subtitles and I knew they were fine beginning to end. Both engines caused the subtitles to become several seconds out of sync but I didn't compare which one was worse. I played the same scene using the original and both engines and only the original was in sync. If there is something I can do to help diagnose this I'd be more than happy to do so.

It may have been a bad choice as a test movie since I do not speak Korean so I am judging by context clues. But based on context I am quite confident that the two processed set files were out of sync. Subtitles appear when no dialogue is being spoken. I can try it again with an English language movie if that might help.
