Allow pulling packages from pypi?

Hi,

Python now has support for android (PEP-0738).

There are some packages ( like pyzmq ) published to pypi with android wheel support.

PyO3/Maturin#3051 added support for building android wheels for rust packages from github ci-cd (so packages like polars,orjson will have native android wheel from the next release of maturin).

Chaquopy already supports pulling android wheels from pypi.

Judging all these, i think it would be awesome if python-for-android could pull from pypi.
