[BUG] Special Character (öäü) pasting suddenly not works 7.0.24

Description

First of all, great project!

If you paste special characters (ö, ä, ü) into Zotero on version 7.0.24, these special characters are not converted correctly. Maybe something with UTF-8 isn't working anymore? If you paste the special character into the Chromium browser inside this container, Chromium can handle it correctly.
Until 7.0.23, this worked perfectly.
