Unknown property 'SDK_REGISTRY_TOKEN' when upgrading from 2.18.0 to 2.19.0

Downgrading back to 2.18 fixes the issue.

Hi @cohenadair, thanks for the report! I can reproduce this. We're working on a fix — in the meantime, here are two workarounds:

• Run with the token set inline: SDK_REGISTRY_TOKEN=placeholder flutter run
• Or add it to ~/.gradle/gradle.properties (create the file if it doesn't exist) — this works for IDEs like Android Studio and VS Code that don't inherit shell environment variables:

  SDK_REGISTRY_TOKEN=placeholder
