Contributors are expected to communicate professionally, focus criticism on technical behavior, document uncertainty honestly, and treat field experience, research, testing, and review as complementary sources of evidence.
Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, threats, deliberate misinformation, disclosure of private project data, and sustained disruptive behavior are not acceptable.
Strong technical disagreement is welcome. Claims should be reproducible, scoped to available evidence, and explicit about timing, capture-path, vendor, and test limitations. Do not pressure contributors to publish confidential captures or customer information.
Report conduct concerns privately to the repository owner through the GitHub profile or security-advisory channel when confidentiality is needed. Maintainers may edit or remove content, close discussions, restrict participation, or ban accounts to protect the project and its contributors.
