Setting presence helps show agents status which is worth to have. Possibly, we can do more extension to this feature for any sleep hours vs availability.

It's unclear who should own this feature and how this can be configurable to agent. In theory, Teams/MAC should have a way to config this for each agent instance.

Currently we are calling SetPresence graph api after certain interval from the web app for each agent instance. IMO, we should inherently have this. Agents are not apps anymore. They are user. We should check with Teams team or MAC to see if they can support this OOB.

Are there any available workarounds in case this feature does not get picked up?
