Unable to initialize new React Native for Windows project.

When I tried to initialize a project following the guide at https://microsoft.github.io/react-native-windows/docs/getting-started/, I ran into this error.

I finally realized the problem was that I didn't have PowerShell Core installed. But the docs didn't say it was required. :(
