Probably related, though not in the way OP intended: #329673.

Additionally, I personally (I can't speak on behalf of anyone else) would recommend uninstalling Buanzo.FFmpegforAudacity either way, and to install BtbN.FFmpeg.LGPL.Shared.7.1 instead, since the latter is newer and can also be used in Audacity, while Buanzo's builds seem unlikely to get updated past 5.0.0 in the near future.
