Install-Module hangs after installation

I don't want to create an issue for it, but when I try to install Microsoft.Graph module

Install-Module Microsoft.Graph -Force

the installation itself is done within one minute, but then it hangs for tens minutes and never ends

In Task Manager is see that the process is doing something

When I run Get-InstalledModule, I see that Graph modules are added one by one like every 10 minutes.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Yes, this is still an issue. Whenever I install it on new machine or client's environment. Always I give some additional time, make jokes it is a bug and then ctrl+c it.

Would be great if MS finally added some exit code or sth.
