[Bug report] running `mint validate` crashes `mint dev`

If I have the dev server running and I run mint validate, it causes the server to go into an error state. I need to reset the dev server to fix it.

This is especially annoying because the default AGENTS.md file in a mintlify docs folder tells the agent to always run mint validate.
