[BUG]

Device (node) showing twice has unreachable and once has reachable :

Can you please advise how to fix this ?

You can delete the offline nodes in your space settings. Go to the cog on the bottom left of the screen, then click the tab "nodes", there it will allow you to completely remove offline nodes.
