[Bug]: Checkboxes in Group By and Nodes dropdown doesn't work

Bug description

I click Group by or Nodes dropdowns. Check the checkbox, it's checked but nothing changes. Footer says: "Selected 0 of 5". Other dropdowns for charts works

Expected behavior

I check the checkbox and it apply desired setting

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Group by
2. Check any checkbox
3. Nothing changes
