Bug description
When a team folder has Advanced Permissions (ACL) enabled, files inside this folder that are tagged with a public tag do not appear in the files tag view (/apps/files/tags). The tag itself is visible in the tag list, but the file list is empty and says "no tags found". Searching for files that have this specific tag is not possible, it also redirects to the "no tags found" page.
The same folder without Advanced Permissions enabled works correctly. As soon as I disable the Advanced Permission function, all tagged files appear in the tag view.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new team folder with Advanced Permissions enabled
- Upload one or more files into it
- Assign a tag to those files
- Go to
apps/files/tags and select that tag
- Observe: no files are shown, even though the tag exists and it has been assigned to at least one file
Expected behavior
Files tagged with a public tag should appear in the tag file view regardless of whether the team folder has Advanced Permissions enabled, as long as the user has read access to those files.
