startup:409:could not download

So I installed this on computercraft emulator and then went to minecraft and did the pastebin code then ran as startup and it says i have a connection error I have http api enabled i have tried five connections, plus pastebin is working so that means please fix it line 409

You might need a network modem and computercraft emulators do not have network modems
