multiuser plugin limitation

xrootd.fslib directive suggest the following usage with trottle plugin:

xrootd.fslib [throttle | [-2] path2] {default | [-2] path1}

The following directive in the config is not well supported, though:

xrootd.fslib throttle libXrdMultiuser.so

The error is as follows:

Plugin unreleased XrdOfsLoader v4.9.0-rc2 is using Multiuser v4.8.4 version in fslib libXrdMultiuser-4.so
