• typing a '#' opens a menu of resources which could be selected
• selecting a resource adds an inline styled snippet representing the selection in the input

For now the scope of this issue will be building out a codesandbox demo to show how one implementation can be created with existing Chatbot components:

• Demo should open a menu upon typing “#” in input, selecting from that menu, and rendering the resource above/below the input
• Use Label for the rendered resource, similar to the screenshot below

Most of this would be stuff a consumer would need to hook up - keyboard handling to detect when a special key is pressed, selecting an option from the menu, doing something when that option is selected, etc. Any other interactions, such as removing the resource label when the text is deleted or similar, would be up to the consumer to implement. This is mainly just to show that something can be done with the existing components and logic within Chatbot.
