Add AI skill to create a new prototype

We need the ability in an AI first IDE such as Cursor to have a skill that will do the following:

• Create a new prototype project from the list of predefined templates provided by the patternfly cli.

• Have the ai agent pull down a repo to use for prototyping. The cli can setup this repo if it has a template based on the following link: https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-cli?tab=readme-ov-file#custom-templates .

• Pull down any skills that would be available in AI helper related to designer prototyping.

• Convert the project to a prototype with a banner using script files to insure consistency when adding the prototype banner and grey scale.

• Test skill with cursor and claude to verify it works as expected.

i went down this path last fall trying to wire prototype scaffolding into a coding agent flow. template fetch and banner injection were the easy parts. scoping was the killer. once an agent has shell access and a template repo, it 'helpfully' starts modernizing dependencies, swapping the build tool, rewriting the eslint config because it 'noticed an issue'. ended up adding a hard rule in the skill prompt: don't touch package.json, the banner styles, or the prototype-mode loader unless explicitly asked. that one constraint cut about 80% of the breakage. the cursor vs claude verification step matters too, they disagree on when to ask for confirmation.
