Updated caret icons to rh-microns

Describe the enhancement or change
Followup to core PR patternfly/patternfly#8176, we want to update the use of caret (angle left/right/down/up) to the rh-microns icons.

Note that this does not include updating DualListSelector or Pagination (or implementations built out similar to these components) as that is being handled in a followup Core issue.

We should ensure the wizard toggle separator element wraps the icon in the correct class, as noted in this codeblock updated in the Core PR:

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
