FD leak after BR restore

used size + available size << capacity.

After restart TiFlash,

used size + available size = capacity.

Root cause is not located. If this happened again and TiFlash is not restarted, try to execute lsof +L1 to check which files FD are leak.

Seems that it is cause by sst files FD leak in the tiflash-proxy.
