feature request : prev/next nav for issues

As someone wanting to read the documentation

if would be nice if there were prev/next links on
https://psalm.dev/docs/running_psalm/issues/AbstractMethodCall/

Previous being AbstractInstantiation
and next being ArgumentTypeCoercion

I'm not familiar with MKDocs, but I'm guessing this is possible
