Make coretest.py concept script for Windows

Make a coretest.py compatible for Windows.
If this is not possible then make a similar concept script.

Windows have a way to make a process dump:

Core goes to %APPDATA%\Local\Temp

For windows probably we need to user find/findstr as replacement for strings/grep.
