The `--enable-preview` flag is not added to JVM run args when using code-lens to run application

Steps To Reproduce

Using the below Maven POM with JDK 21 downloaded from SDKMAN does not work.
To test it, you can try a public static void main() which uses something like

The vscode-java-debug is responsible for adding the --enable-preview flag during execution, which it does now. This is no longer an issue.
