tsdown fails to build if json files are included which have arrays at top level, failure is from rolldown dts plugin

This seems to be occuring after rolldown-plugin-dts version 0.16.10 as if i pin to that version the error doesnt occur. If I go to 0.16.11 I do see a different error but I believe that was fixed in a later version and now just left with the issue the current rolldown DTS is hitting.

Not sure if this is related or should be a separate issue, but also related to json types tsgo fails to generate the types for json files even for normal object based files. Made a separate branch on the same repo to show this. IDK if this is tsgo not supporting json types or something with rolldown-plugin-dts but prior to 0.16.11 I was able to bundle and generate dts for one of my packages with tsgo and now I cant.

@sxzz hey not sure if you have any idea on the tsgo problems I mentioned on this issue? The first part I was able to work around due to those JSON files actually being just badly auto generated files so they were removed, but with JSON type imports being a thing I no long can take advantage of the faster tsgo type generation. If it is a limtation on tsgo's side can we have an option to not have types for json imports? I personally would rather have tsgo for faster builds than typed json imports for my specific package I have for my company internally.
