[BUG] Scriptcat is not work Kiwi Mobile browser #1298

Problem Description
There is no Allow User Scripts setting in the script settings in Kiwi browser. I added a screenshot. (Allow User Scripts) How else do I activate this Setting?
Reproduction Steps
Open scriptcat exyentions.
And Click Details, look for Allow User Scripts here, you won't find it because it doesn't exist.
