Switch bitnamilegacy images to dhi.io (Docker Hardened Images)

Hi,
​The current Helm chart relies on several images from bitnamilegacy (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).

As you probably know, these have been frozen and are no longer receiving security updates, which is a bit of a liability for production deployments.

​Since Docker recently made their Hardened Images (DHI) free and public, maybe it's this to migrate.
