Cody Enterprise Sign In Error

Issue

I tried logging into an enterprise instance of Cody. The access token is created, but the authentication handshake errors out:

I'm using the latest version of the plugin.

Is it the latest prerelease (insider) version 0.1.10 or v0.1.1 from the VS Marketplace?
