Visual Studio: Many commands are missing.

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Cody plugin installed in your Visual Studio editor
2. Login to Cody with Free/Pro user
3. Check the available commands - only Explain Code and Find Code Smells available

Observed behavior:

Other commands like Edit Code, Document Code, and Generate Unit Test are missing

Expected behavior

All the commands should be availeble.
