Setup E2E testing environment

Create a prepopulated docker image with contracts and setup a docker-compose setup to enable
testing.

Implementation details

Docker-compose should consist of:

• light client
• preopulated contract execution environment
• mocked prover (or real one if fast enough)
• spectre node

Testing details

• simple E2E test

Acceptance Criteria

• we can test the node E2E
