logit_bias not working

Describe the bug

Assigning a value to logitBias in LLMCharacter has no effect. After reviewing the code it seems the feature is not implemented internally.

Steps to reproduce

1. Assign a value to logitBias in LLMCharacter
2. Start a converstion with the LLM
3. The logitBias has no effect in the conversation
