shared carries a screencastFrames scope that the JS adapters fill
and Python never emits, so the dense filmstrip is absent. core already owns the
thinning and the slice windowing.
Acceptance criteria
Frames are emitted under screencastFrames when the
option is set, and the sparse per-action filmstrip still works when it is not.
