Problem Description
1Panel 系统日志中每天 00:00:00 会准时出现一条计划任务警告。1panel-agent 尝试通过向 http://127.0.0.1:80/log_maintenance 发送 HTTP 请求来触发 WAF 日志维护任务，但 OpenResty 服务器返回的是 404 Not Found HTML 页面，而不是执行维护脚本。

Steps to Reproduce
在 1Panel 中启用 WAF（Web 应用防火墙）功能（已在使用 xpack 模块的环境中验证）。
等待每天午夜（00:00:00）的定时任务，或手动向本地 API 发送 POST 请求：curl -X POST http://127.0.0.1:80/log_maintenance。
检查 1Panel.log 或 curl 输出，会看到 OpenResty 生成的 404 错误页面。
The expected correct result
127.0.0.1:80 上的 WAF API 应正确拦截 /log_maintenance 请求，验证内部 token，执行日志清理任务，并返回 200 OK 状态。
