[ALICE3] only load lut if requested and move lut cleanup to geo provider

• Only load luts for rich and tof if requested (until if we manage to load them shared between the tasks)
• Move the cleanLutWhenLoaded configurable to the geometry provider to avoid duplicating this setting for all tasks that needs the luts
