Revert JDK-incompatible major version bumps that break the JDK 11 compile-and-check CI job: - error_prone_core: keep 2.31.0 default, use 2.48.0 in JDK 21+ profile - nullaway: keep 0.12.6 default, use 0.13.1 in JDK 21+ profile - junit-bom: revert 6.0.3 to 5.13.0 (JUnit 6 requires JDK 17+) - tomcat-embed-core: revert 11.0.18 to 10.1.50 (Tomcat 11 requires JDK 17+) Restructure Maven profiles so errorprone-jdk21 activates on [21,) for newer Error Prone/NullAway and errorprone-jdk25 only adds the --should-stop=ifError=FLOW flag. Configure dependabot to ignore major version bumps on these four dependencies to prevent future incompatible upgrades.
Mockito 5 cannot mock native methods like RandomAccessFile.length(), causing ResumableRandomAccessFileListenerTest to fail with "Stream Closed" on all platforms. Revert to Mockito 4.11.0 and add dependabot ignore rule for the major version bump.
The previous fix incorrectly split the errorprone-jdk25 profile into errorprone-jdk21 ([21,)) and errorprone-jdk25 ([25,)). Error Prone 2.48.0 requires JDK 25+ (not just 21+), causing compilation failures on JDK 21. Restore the single errorprone-jdk25 profile with [25,) activation that includes Error Prone 2.48.0, NullAway 0.13.1, and --should-stop=ifError=FLOW, matching the original main branch structure.
