What

  • Removes @BitGo/velocity from the /.iyarc CODEOWNERS entry.
    @BitGo/wallet-core, @BitGo/wallet-core-india, and @BitGo/hsm
    remain as co-owners.

Why

Velocity (now AI Platform) has narrowed its scope to non-product-facing
AI work and no longer owns this path. The existing co-owners absorb it
— no new owner is introduced.

Test plan

  • Verified the line still has co-owners after removal (no path is
    left without an owner)
  • No path patterns added, removed, or reordered
