- Added SHA-256 hashing to workflow. - Introduced a hidden directory to prevent and from blindly overwriting user directories prior to compilation. - Removed arbitrary folder suffix generation, allowing incremental scaffolding on existing workspaces. - Engine now actively reads existing files and bypasses if the compiled hash identically matches the destination file. - Added verbose logging for unchanged files to optimize developer feedback and reduce disk I/O. Resolves: ISSUE-001
