Explanation of Change

• Hide Expensify Cards with a custom $0 limit from the Home page — both Time Sensitive to-dos and the Assigned Cards section
• Only filters cards where hasCustomUnapprovedExpenseLimit is true and unapprovedExpenseLimit is 0.
• Cards using domain group limits should be unaffected

1. Have a card with a custom $0 limit (admin explicitly set to $0)
2. Open NewDot Home page
3. Verify no "Activate card" or "Add shipping address" to-do appears for that card
4. Verify no "$0.00 remaining" row appears in Your Expensify Cards
5. Have a card with no custom limit (inherits from domain group) — verify it still appears normally

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

I also tested the Slot appearing once my limit was raised again. How fast should the Onyx update come? I had to hard refresh a couple of times to get it to appear.
