87517: LHN - LHN displays more items than original account after Onyx import

Explanation of Change

Updated the Onyx export rules to include missing read-state fields (like lastReadTime) and mask message content, ensuring imported chats retain their correct unread status and sorting order. Also added all ONYXKEYS.DERIVED keys to the omit lists during both export and import so that derived data (like reportAttributes) is correctly recomputed locally by the new account.

Tests

Preconditions: Logged in to any account

Steps:

1. Go to Settings → Troubleshoot
2. Export the Onyx state
3. Open a new browser (or an incognito window) and log into a fresh account
4. Again, go to Settings → Troubleshoot
5. Click Import Onyx state and select the exported file
6. Wait for the file to finish loading
7. Compare the LHN numbers between the original account and the new account
8. Verify that the LHN in the new account contains the same (or a similarly large) number of items as the original account.
