Fix losing in-progress bank account when backing out of change flow

Explanation of Change

Fixes the issue by snapshotting the in-progress/connected account into a temporary Onyx key (REIMBURSEMENT_ACCOUNT_BACKUP) before it's cleared, and restoring it when the user backs out of the change flow.

Tests

Precondition:

• Control workspace with a business bank account whose setup is partially completed (in progress)

1. Open the in-progress bank account from Workflows > Payment. Verify the Almost done page shows.
2. Tap Change bank account → verify the Add bank account page shows.
3. Tap Connect manually → verify the setup step opens.
4. Press the RHP back button twice.
5. Verify you land back on the Almost done page.
