Adds a manual Test gateway image workflow to run MLPA’s existing LiteLLM compatibility suite against a published gateway image tag or digest, using the existing Artifact Registry authentication.
Moves the test setup into a shared action used by both normal CI and the manual workflow. Normal CI continues to use ghcr.io/berriai/litellm:v1.84.4, pinned in litellm_docker_compose.yaml. The manual workflow temporarily overrides only that image. Pending testing, we can move the default to the image built by litellm-gateway repo and used in deployments.
Workflow syntax, pre-commit checks, image overrides, and configuration mounting were validated.
