Implements manifests/3_lights/zz_multiple_lights_with_intensities_and_colors.json
I'm not confident that intensity unit should be "relative" for point-based lights, but it's not specified in any specs I can find and I'm not sure it affects the utility of this manifest. Happy to update in the future if needed.
