Expose IterableConfig.eventThresholdLimit (default 100) for unknown-user local event retention parity under SDK-548.

📖 Description

Adds IterableConfig.eventThresholdLimit and maps it through toDict() to iOS (Serialization.swift, as? Int) and Android (Serialization.java, setEventThresholdLimit / optInt). No TurboModule changes. Runtime effect requires unknown-user activation on the native SDK (not yet exposed in RN).

🧪 How to test?

• yarn typecheck && yarn test --coverage
• Initialize with config.eventThresholdLimit = 50 and confirm native config in Serialization.
