test(ControlsPanel-type-compiler): verify TypeScript Compiler Validation & Schema Constraints Stability

Description

Adds ControlsPanel.type-compiler.test.tsx with 5 tests covering TypeScript type safety: Scale and BadgeSize reject invalid literals, Font correctly widens to string (enabling custom font input), SIZES/FONTS/SPEEDS values stay assignable to their exported types, and the component's props enforce literal unions on scale/bgType/size
No schema validation step, since the codebase has no schema library like zod/yup. types.ts is plain TypeScript only.
