Installation instructions referred to the VulkanSDK Linux tarball as a tar.gz, but on the lunarg website it is provided as a tar.xz. Changed the command to reflect that.

There were mentions of the sdk tarball in the installation instructions for linux, but these referred to the file as a tgz and tar.gz archive and used tar with the -z option. Changed the file extensions to tar.xz (as on the LunarG website downloads) and removed the -z option from the tar commands.
