…#1009) ## Rationale Upgrade the snprc_ehr npm build to @labkey/build 7 so its generated views carry script nonces and load under the server's Content Security Policy rules. Build 7 also drops react-hot-loader for react-refresh, so the dev entry wrappers are simplified to match. The module's own eslint 7 and airbnb setup is replaced with the shared @labkey/eslint-config, and the lock is regenerated so it can be rebuilt from package.json. ## Related Pull Requests None. ## Changes - Bump @labkey/build to 7.0.1 and drop the react-hot-loader AppContainer and module.hot wrappers from the dev entry points; hot reloading now comes from react-refresh in the shared watch config. - Replace the module-local eslint 7, airbnb, and prettier devDependencies and .eslintrc with @labkey/eslint-config and a flat eslint.config.mjs. The local config opts in the module's .jsx sources, which the shared config does not name, and ignores the generated resources and gradle node trees so a lint run finishes in seconds instead of minutes. - Pin cheerio to 1.0.0-rc.12. Enzyme declares a caret range on the release candidate that now resolves to the cheerio 1.0.0 final, which enzyme cannot load; the direct pin keeps the resolution enzyme needs so the lock can be regenerated from package.json. - Keep .babelrc, which webpack ignores but babel-jest still uses to transform the .jsx tests. Its object-rest-spread plugin is renamed to the transform plugin that build 7 ships, since the proposal plugin it relied on is no longer in the tree. - Regenerate package-lock.json.
