Why are these PRs opened for so long? Who's responsible for reviews? Owners might not be touching it... But this definitely does not give confidence for someone to use it 😄 Friend wanted me to review the SDK & I say drop it ASAP. |

Added Package.swift for SPM support and updated the README.md to include installation instructions.
