Add 43 ERC-20 tokens for Mantle mainnet (chainId 5000) including MNT, WETH, USDC, USDT, USDT0, WBTC, mETH, cmETH, wstETH, UNI, COMP, CRV, PENDLE, PEPE, SHIB, FLOKI, USDe, sUSDe, ENA, FBTC, USDY, AXL, DODO, LUSD, crvUSD, XAUt, and others.
