This PR updates the hash for the ruby action to pull in newer versions: Update ruby/setup-ruby commit hash to get latest ruby versions
Note
Low Risk
CI-only change limited to the iOS Ruby toolchain; main risk is potential gem/Bundler compatibility issues due to the Ruby version bump.
Overview
Updates the
setup-e2e-envcomposite GitHub Action used by iOS E2E runs by bumping the defaultruby-versionfrom3.1to3.2.9and pinningruby/setup-rubyto a newer commit SHA.This changes the Ruby toolchain used in CI for iOS setup steps (Bundler/CocoaPods), without altering the rest of the workflow logic.
